September welcomes the start of the Native Oyster season.

The Grouse season traditionally starts in mid-August on the day known as the Glorious Twelfth. The season however got off to a slow start this year because of the late Spring snow, frost and heavy rain.
The birds are now back a plenty and we serve them beautifully with all the traditional trimmings especially good with a robust glass of red wine.
